The kids had their own cameras and took their own pics. It was fun having a family photo shoot. Doing it again this weekend in Front Royal. I love fall!
Wonderful, evocative images, Katherine. You've got me excited about autumn, what with these and your poem. The trees don't turn here until November (we are warmed by the Gulf Stream, even though we are the same latitude as Newfoundland and Labrador).
More pics coming, but they are on my kids' computers. The kids now have their own cameras. They take some super interesting shots!
Just got back from hiking at least four miles at the Battlefields. This is the longest hike I have been able to do since my accident in 2005. I'm sure I will be sore as shit later, but I'm so thankful to be alive and able to walk. I am grateful to be grateful.
